Peter has a PGC in coaching and facilitation in organisations. He qualified whilst working for Oxford Innovation delivering a high growth programme in the South West of England. Studying for three years whilst working allowed him to apply proven coaching methodologies and the latest coaching and facilitation structures to support entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them accelerate their growth. Peter's coaching, facilitation and leadership work is built on his experiences of a strong career.
Peter worked at the UK’s National Physical Laboratory (NPL) for 23 years, climbing up the scientific grades before an opportunity to take part in a Southern Ocean leg of a round-the-world yacht race changed his career direction! Being part of a close team, working on a common goal, in the some of the harshest conditions that can be experienced really made an impression and inspired Peter to move out of the laboratory and into business development and leadership.
