Belbin
team Roles

Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace

Whether developing people, resolving conflict or fine-tuning high performance, Belbin Team Role reports provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding

The Belbin Team Roles Questionnaire is the result of extensive research undertaken by Dr. Meredith Belbin at Henley Management College. Belbin’s work shows that teams comprising a balance of mixed team roles outperform teams without this balance.

Individual Belbin report feedback and coaching

Identifying your behavioural styles is the first step towards increasing self-understanding and building more effective working practices. Each individual needs to understand their key strengths and how to articulate how they prefer to work. This increases employee engagement, allows managers to allocate work more effectively and builds mutually beneficial working relationships with colleagues.
